Oriflame is a Swedish direct-selling brand that makes beauty and personal care products. The company was started in 1967 by two brothers to make a difference in the beauty industry. Bath and Body

This category includes everything the body needs to stay fresh and clean. Some of the most popular products from Oriflame’s bath and body line include body moisturizers, manicure and pedicure products, and antiperspirants. The products are sold under many brand names, including Swedish Spa, Love Nature, Feel Good, Feet Up, and Sun 360. 

Other products

Other product categories from Oriflame include fragrances, wellness, men, and haircare. Although they aren’t significantly popular, like the makeup and skincare line from the company, they still generate good profits for the company. 

Oriflame Cosmetics's Compensatin Plan Type is Breakaway

The breakaway plan is used by Oriflame Cosmetics to organize their groups of beauty consultants. In a breakaway plan, also commonly referred to as "a plan within a plan," the Oriflame Cosmetics beauty consultants are paid in two different ways depending on if they have reached a "breakaway rank".

Once a Oriflame Cosmetics leader reaches the breakaway rank, she and her downline form a new unit where she will earn commission based on the rules for her rank. Some compensation plans have multiple breakaway groups that are formed as the beauty consultant hits the rank goals. This is often referred to as a stairstep breakaway plan.
