DXN is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company founded by Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin in 1993. Based in Malaysia, the company is well known for its Ganoderma business. Its product line includes dietary supplements, food and beverages, personal care products, household products, and a water treatment system.

DXN undertakes the whole process of cultivation, processing, and marketing. It has international branches in 25 countries in Asia, the Americas, Australia and Europe.

Their philosophy is to provide low price and high-quality products, to keep a low profile while generating high income for their direct selling distributors. Their free enterprise system enables anyone to enjoy personal achievements that lead to greater financial independence.

DXN Marketing's Compensatin Plan Type is Unilevel

In the unilevel plan, which is used by DXN Marketing, all directly sponsored members who are recruited by the DXN Marketing independent distributor are placed under him/her into a single business level. Additional levels are then created as those sponsored members build teams.

The uni-level compensation plan typically will payout on several levels below the distributor, depending on his/her rank.

For example, new DXN Marketing distributors who are just starting out may only earn commission on the sales volume of their directly sponsored team members or level one. Once they achieve a higher career rank, they may earn commission on levels below their directly sponsored team members. Future rank advancements may include additional levels of commissions earned farther down their sponsor tree.
