Thirty-One Gifts
Thirty-One Gifts was founded in 2003 with the love of inspiring women worldwide to launch creative careers and gain financial independence.
Since then, Thirty-One Gifts has stayed true to this value by supporting women selling handbags, home products, jewelry, thermal and other fun personalized products. Businesswomen who are looking to grow their own business and succeed within this world can join Thirty-One where they will have a team of women behind them, supporting them throughout their whole journey.
Consultants also love working for Thirty-one because it allows them to host parties, meet other women and help bring them into the world of female business entrepreneurs. Parties can be thrown online, face-to-face direct consumer sales, or in-house parties with examples from our lengthy catalogs of products. Thirty-One Gifts provide great compensation plans, free products, and other rewards.
Cindy Monroe, thirty-ones founder wanted to create a business that could connect and empower women.
Their reusable styles are easy on the planet and help support one of their founding core beliefs: sustainability. Thirty-one is proud to give back to their community and has partnered with girls on the run; an organization that creates and supports future female leaders. In 2021 they donated over 1.8 million to this organization. They also started their own charitable organization 31-gives in 2012 and since then have provided over 180 million dollars to charitable organizations.
Thirty-one gifts provide numerous personalized handbags, utility totes, thermals, holiday ornaments, blankets, and more to their customers. These come in tons of funky colors and designs so you always have a gift for someone. These products are high-quality, sustainable and of course reusable! Helping women all around the world organize and simplify their lives.
Their product line for kids provides a fun and customized backpacks, sports bags, and lunchboxes so your child has their name printed on their bag.
They have also recently gotten into the home decor market providing holiday decor and ornaments that you can imprint your family's name on. Some of their best sellers include customized blankets (which are cozy and plush!), ornaments for Christmas with personalized decals, and their go-to large cross-hatch utility quote.
Thirty-one parties are enjoyed by all women who attend for their meaningful message behind the company, large catalog of products, and ability to get a feel for the product before they actually make a purchase.
Thirty-One Gifts's Compensatin Plan Type is Unilevel
In the unilevel plan, which is used by Thirty-One Gifts, all directly sponsored members who are recruited by the Thirty-One Gifts independent consultant are placed under him/her into a single business level. Additional levels are then created as those sponsored members build teams.
The uni-level compensation plan typically will payout on several levels below the consultant, depending on his/her rank.
For example, new Thirty-One Gifts consultants who are just starting out may only earn commission on the sales volume of their directly sponsored team members or level one. Once they achieve a higher career rank, they may earn commission on levels below their directly sponsored team members. Future rank advancements may include additional levels of commissions earned farther down their sponsor tree.

Thirty-One Gifts Reviews
I have always loved the quality of Thirty-One products. With the added focus on creating products that not only encourage the elimination of disposable bags but actually keep plastics out of landfills....I'm smitten! I'm so proud to support a company who is truly thinking about how their business can positively impact the environment.
Thirty-One Gifts WAS an awesome company to be with, until recently. They have limited our ability to earn consultant perks and have lowered the customer discount each purchase. It was nice having rotating specials and even the 50% off was good but lowering our discount more just shows that they aren't making money. The company has changed hands a few times recently and has seemed to go downhill. I was staying current but have chosen to discontinue since the changes in customer relations and use. I miss being able to earn perks even as a lower consultant, but it seems like it's been a very long time since able to do that. If I was joining now, I wouldn't join this company and I wouldn't have many things to promote to potential new team members/consultants.
